The staff here was really friendly and on top of things. I loved having a room that had a balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast I had was delicious, with a lot of tasty options. 🌞

The pool area is clean too. Huge and quiet room, comfortable bed. A lot of good food. Really helpful and very very helpful staff and altogether a good experience.

Clean great value hotel with a clean pool and a perfect location so close to taxis, recommend places, a nice boardwalk and lots of restaurants close by by, and restaurant. Good and excellent food, excellent service:)))

The service at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a standout feature with an impressive variety of options, including traditional Mexican dishes like tamales and a live cooking station for quesadillas and picadas. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location was perfect, situated right by the beach and close to everything, including nearby malls with fantastic restaurants.

A big hotel with all the amenities that a hotel of this category deserves. but also a little impersonal. the rooms facing the sea have a great view. the pool area is well kept, the beach section in front of the hotel is clean. very good breakfast buffet. we felt very comfortable.

It is probably a tradition in Mexico that in the breakfast room the TV in the pool area plays music all day long. But does it have to be so loud....

The room here is super clean and gorgeous, plus the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. It comes with central heating, your own safe, and even pay TV for chilling out 🛌. The staff are not only friendly but also hilarious.

The service, staff, and breakfast were outstanding. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, including tamales and a station where a cook made fresh quesadillas and picadas. The beachfront and pool were great for cooling down and enjoying cocktails while watching the sunset. The hotel's location was excellent, with a beautiful sea view from the room and easy access to the malecón.

For us, it was ideal.
